When
Most programs run Tuesday through Friday, between 10 am - 2 pm, October through May 25th, rain or shine.

Who
Students in Pre-K - 6th grade. Students must be at least 3 years old.

Group Size
Three year-old programming maximum is 15 students. Pre-K - K maximum is 25 students. 1st - 6th grade maximum is 30 students. Our programs are successful thanks to a low student to educator ratio. Please help us maintain program quality by respecting our group size maximums.

Chaperones
There must be at least one adult chaperone for every ten students. Teachers and chaperones must accompany their group throughout the entire program and are responsible for the proper conduct of their group.

Dress
All programs will take place rain or shine. All programs include outdoor components, weather permitting. Students, teachers, and chaperones should dress appropriately for outdoor activity. Proper attire includes sneakers or hiking boots, play clothes and weather-appropriate jackets.

Lunch
Outdoor lunch areas are available at both locations, but they are not sheltered. During inclement weather, please be prepared to eat lunch on your school bus.

Cost & Payment
All one hour programs are $100 per group, including an $85 program fee and a non-refundable $15 booking fee.
All one and a half hour programs are $150 per group, including a $135 program fee and a non-refundable $15 booking fee.

Schools designated as Title I are eligible to have the program fee waived and are only required to pay the $15 booking fee. Proof of Title I status is required at the time you schedule your program in order to receive the program fee waiver.

Program payments are appreciated 30 days prior to the scheduled program. Payment the day of the program is accepted. A $15 late fee will be added to any payments made after the scheduled program date.

Multi-program Discount
Book three or more programs and get $25 off each program.

Cancellation Policy: Read Carefully
All cancellations must be made by phone or by email at least two weeks before the scheduled program date. Groups that cancel with less than two weeks' notice are not eligible for a refund and will be charged the entire program fee.

Refund Policy
A written request for a refund is required. Groups that cancel with sufficient notice (see above) and submit a written request will be refunded the amount already paid, less a $15 booking fee per class.

Inclement Weather Policy
In the unlikely event that Discovery Creek must cancel a program due to inclement weather, you will be contacted by our office. Your program will be rescheduled. If a rescheduling date is not possible, a complete refund will be issued.
