Refund Policies

1. Refund policies apply per camp per child. For example, if your child needs to withdraw from two camps, you will be charged any applicable refund fees for each camp. If you have two children who need to withdraw from one camp, you will be charged any applicable refund fees for each child.


2. All camp cancellations must be requested in writing by mail, fax, or email to camp@discoverycreek.org.

If you cancel prior to June 1, 2008, you will get a full refund minus $50 admin fee

If you cancel between June 1 to two weeks prior to your camp session, you will get %50 of your camp fees refunded.

If you cancel with less than two weeks before your camp session you will not recieve a refund.

Please note: Discovery Creek Children's Museum reserves the right to dismiss, without refund, any camper whose behavior is not appropriate to the atmosphere and expectations of the Museum.

SWITCHING CAMP SESSIONS
In order to switch camp sessions, you must submit a written request by mail, fax (202) 337-5344, or email camp@discoverycreek.org. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. There is a $25 fee for switching camp sessions.

Please note: DISCOVERY CREEK staff cannot make changes to your child's registration.

CANCELLATION OF A CAMP SESSION
Discovery Creek Children's Museum reserves the right to cancel any session of camp for any reason, although every effort will be made to avoid cancellation. Should a camp be cancelled for any reason, the Museum will issue a full refund.
